We process your data to enable a User of our Platform to send you messages. The legal basis for data processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), which includes:
enabling communication between Users of our Platform and individuals who may be interested in the received message,
ensuring the functionality of the Platform in accordance with its purpose,
defense against potential claims and ensuring compliance with legal provisions.
The processing of your Personal Data includes the following categories of your data: email address and, if applicable, name and surname.
Your Personal Data may be transferred to:
Entities cooperating with us, providing or handling payments due to us, being a provider of analytical services or an IT service provider, including hosting services.

Your Personal Data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. The storage period of personal data may in each case be extended by the period of limitation of claims, if the processing of personal data is necessary for pursuing potential claims or for defending against such claims by us.
Your Personal Data may be transferred outside the EEA as part of our use of services provided by suppliers of IT systems and solutions, who may store personal data on servers located outside the EEA (including in the United States), or as part of providing services related to our business activities – to the extent necessary for their execution.

As your data is processed in an automated manner based on an agreement, you also have the right to data portability regarding the Personal Data you have provided to us, i.e., to receive your Personal Data from us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. You can transmit this data to another data controller.
To the extent that the basis for processing your Personal Data is the ground of legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data, i.e., you have the right to object to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
Providing Personal Data for the purpose of creating an account is necessary for concluding and performing an agreement – without providing Personal Data, it is not possible to conclude an agreement and provide services to you.
Providing data for marketing purposes is voluntary.
